WSD is headquartered, registered and principally regulated in New Zealand but also has operations in the following countries (where products and services offered by WSD differ depending on local regulatory requirements):

United States of America: WSD has a wholly owned subsidiary company in the USA called WSD Financial (USA) Inc. (formerly called Wall Street Derivatives Inc.) (WSDUSA). WSDUSA is a registered non-clearing Futures Commission Merchant that is licensed and regulated by the National Futures Association and the Commodity and Futures Commission. Being a non clearing futures commission merchant, WSD offers exchange traded futures through this subsidiary. WSD intends to grow WSDUSA's business in the USA commodities market and spot foreign exchange broking in the future.

United Arab Emirates: WSD has a branch operation in the United Arab Emirates and is a clearing broker member of the Dubai Gold and Commodity Exchange and offers contracts of that Exchange.

Thailand: WSD is authorized by the Securities Exchange Commission of Thailand as a Derivative Dealer for Institutional customers and it has the ability to market derivative products to institutional customers in the region.

WSD Direct trading platform is uniformly used by clients of both WSD's local and international operations. WSD's key employees are based at its head office in Auckland (such as in-house staff related to Dealing,  Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence, Risk Management and  Accounts Back Office,etc).
